From Route 40 Eastbound - Take exit 153 for US 64 West/Mocksville Rd. Continue for 0.8 miles and turn Left onto Signal Hill Rd., which will become Simonton Rd. Continue for  0.4 miles and turn right into the entrance for the Fitness and Activity Center.

From Route 40 Westbound - Take exit 154 for US 64 and turn left onto Old Mocksville Rd. Take the first right onto US 64 W/Mocksville Rd. Continue for 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Signal Hill Rd., which will become Simonton Rd. Continue for  0.4 miles and turn right into the entrance for the Fitness and Activity Center.
