TRACK Rx Participants

To see what is shared with your patients regarding TRACK Rx, check out the TRACK Rx participant page. Kids are incentivized to 'fill their prescription' through prizes and digital rewards while enjoying fun outdoor activities with family and friends at accessible sites. Families can choose to visit locations within the TRACK Trail network or log their own adventures at green spaces near them.

TRACK Rx Resources

TRACK Rx is an easy way for healthcare providers to recommend outdoor activity to their patients. It includes fun activities for kids, incentives for ‘filling’ their prescriptions, and a network of family-friendly TRACK Trails to visit.
