The TRACK Trail at Sumter's Swan Lake Iris Gardens follows the stunning 0.75-mile loop around Swan Lake, which is the only public park in the United States to feature all eight swan species! Bursting with life year-around, Swan Lake Iris Gardens is home to some of the most intensive plantings of Japanese Iris in the U.S. In addition to the Japanese Iris, Swan Lake boasts over 120 varieties of iris, camellias, azaleas, daylilies, and Japanese magnolias. The gardens are also a birdwatcher's dream with swans, Canada geese, wood ducks, anhingas, herons, and so much more!
