Exercise is something most people struggle to fit into their daily routine. Studies show that only 1 in 5 adults and teens get enough exercise to maintain balanced wellness. And for children? 74% of kids are not getting enough daily physical activity. But how can we find the time to work on physical activity between school, homework, jobs, meetings, commutes, etc.?
