Join us at Kershaw County Park and Recreation's Jack O' Lantern Jamboree to help celebrate the grand opening of South Carolina's newest TRACK Trail. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 4:45, and will be followed by the Trick-or-Treat hike on the TRACK Trail, a costume contest, and a drive-in movie.
