Join us at Cedar River Trail Park for the grand opening of our first TRACK Trail in Washington! Help us cut the ribbon to this awesome waterfront trail that will be a location to view the annual salmon migration later this year. The grand opening event will begin at the newly renovated playground in the middle of the park.
While the Greene County Sports Complex has been installed since the fall, we are now holding it's official opening just in time for the beginning of summer! This trail will be a great stop during summer vacation!
Weymouth Woods Sandhills Nature Preserve is celebrating the 471st birthday of Oldest Known Living Longleaf Pine with a huge party! Food trucks, music, live animals, face painting, turpentine demonstrations, bluebird box building, and hikes to the old tree are just the beginning of the fun you can have! You can also visit our TRACK Trail for a hike during your visit!

Join Weymouth Woods State Park's Wildlings series (geared for 6 to 10-year-olds) on April 6th as they explore activities on the Weymouth Woods TRACK Trail! You can learn more about Kids in Parks trails, which are found throughout the country, and how kids can earn prizes for each TRACK Trail they visit!
